It would be shocking to see something happen to the 1st show. The problem surrounds the second show. To me it's the 9th, 12th or bust.....

No "bust"...no "bust" - that'd be ridiculous if they cancelled the show on the 12th (they won't). It's sold out!

The last time they played 3 shows on consecutive nights was 2005 (IIRC). I doubt the 9th will happen. The 12th is a better bet

The band and crew were scheduled to leave town on the 12th. Hell, even the lighting gear was scheduled to be returned on the 12th down the road. This changes everything for everyone.

I've got this feeling we won't hear a peep out of the band until Game 5 is for sure, whenever that may be.

Let the Raptors play their game 5 on the 12th and there is no problem.

I wonder if this is why there were no 10c tickets for the second show. Now if people need refunds it's entirely ticketmaster's problem and not 10c. It's highly unusual for rollover shows in North America not to have 10c tickets.

Also, I saw someone suggesting maybe the show is cancelled. I doubt that happens, as the band booked this as a rollover show knowing this scenario was entirely possible. I'd also be surprised if the band/crew did not have some type of contingency travel plan knowing this scenario was possible.

I guess the earliest we will know is after game 2 on May 5 and the latest game 4 on May 9th.

Probably best if they split the first 2 games so people have so extra time to change plans.
Really sucks but this was always a possibility when the shows were announced.

Obviously. The point I was making is that everyone is now scrambling to make things work.

Excellent point. Based on this and the other points noted in this thread, I am somewhat worried that the show is just going to be cancelled without being rescheduled. I hope that doesn't happen, but you never know.

There won't be a venue change. They're just gonna switch the date.
