I would honestly rather that one team win game one and one team win game two, so then we don't have to play the waiting game.

Or the Heat sweep the Raptors, then there is no issues for anyone going to the show. :)
But that means waiting till 2 days before to know if show is on or off
And the band is known for giving a lot of notice before cancelling a show ;)
We aren't waiting on PJ, we are waiting on the Raps and the Heat.

Still in shock that the NBA didn't make a sleight adjustment to game 5, especially given the fact both the Heat & Raptors just went the distance.

The 12th seems logical, but the 9th makes sense for the band because it would save a tear down, 13th would be kind of cool given the fact it's Friday and all( also whenever this show happens it will be my 13th show)...............

I think it has to do with TV scheduling more then anything. I haven't looked at the schedule but I am guessing there are 2 games every night.

Hopefully we hear soon about what day it will be moved to if there is a game 5. I'm assuming the 12th but you never know.

I would hope so. However, HB2 took effect on Apr 1, and they waited till Apr 18 (i think) to cancel...

When The Who show was rescheduled there was a note on ticketmaster that said if game 5 was necessary then the date will move to April 27th. I'm sure we'll see a similar note on TM tomorrow

I'm all for the 9th! I imagine it would be the best case scenario for all travellers (especially international), and would be easier on the ACC Crew who wouldn't have to put up/tear down/put up/tear down stage. Seems easier for everyone. The band has been known to play 3 nights in a row in the past, no? Would seem like the most sympathetic option for fans. Of course I say that from an entirely self (centred) perspective since my wife and I both need to be back in Vancouver for work on the 12th. My wife is a nurse, people's lives are on the line, c'mon PJ, 9th it up!

The 9th works great. If they do the 9th, however, does everyone think that will be the Thursday show tickets? Or would they move "show 1" to may 9 and "show 2" to may 10?

BTW, let's not forget that D-wade and the Heat gave PJ a solid by acknowledging their Miami show with presents for the band etc.....Good lord, would they ever be heroes to the PJ fans if they could sweep the Raptors? I'm a Canadian, but could care less about basketball, Drake, bottle service, puff daddy sponsored Vodka, or the abundant douchery that is the NBA [which is all of those things!] (though I'd watch a NCAA game any day)...it's not like we're talking about the
Blue Jays!...we're talking about a team named after Jurrasic Park!

    Another reason I doubt it's the 9th...

Game 4 is on the 9th. They may not even know until that night if they need to reschedule. I think it has to be the 12th.

I'm cool for the 9th but 3 nights back to back to back with 3+ hour shows? We don't want to hurt the guy's. They need a breather & rest.

If the NBA came out & said not to worry Pearl Jam fans. If there's a game 5 it will be held on the 12th. Pretty much what we all are hoping for but I doubt it. It'll never happen ..

I'd prefer that they move both to the 12th/13th rather than have a day in between, but I know that is very unlikely. Hopefully the announce sooner than later and not only when the game becomes necessary.

This. Once again, people wont be too upset about it being moved, but we WILL be upset if we hear about it 48 hours before showtime AGAIN!!

I'm from the GTA with a pretty clean schedule for that week but moving BOTH nights might screw over out-of-towners TWICE! That's not good.

It would be shocking to see something happen to the 1st show. The problem surrounds the second show. To me it's the 9th, 12th or bust.....
