I actually flip through all of them occasionally. What I'd like them to do, instead of a band member (Mike) interviewing other bands, have other bands interviewing PJ. If I want to know about another band, I'll be in another fanclub. This one the band obviously wasn't even involved in. Zero input. Just a bunch of pictures of some guy's PJ hoarding problem.
Redemption Song is ok. the live stuff is just growing stale. it was cool when the technology wasn't there to have decent versions out there, but now that there is, they need to evolve. I get it; they don't want to waste perfectly good unreleased studio tracks on the fan club when they can put them on the next Lost Dogs. It IS cool this year they put out a decent sounding version of Wishing Well. that was a nice surprise.
just a few things getting on my nerves; the atrocious one they put out two years ago (it was almost like a joke); most of them in the last 10 years have been ok at best; how bloody late it is every year, only one deep mag when it used to be 2, the brutal "gift" they give to analog members, you know, it just seems very lazy and/or apathetic. I know, I know, no one is forcing me to pay the $50. it's just that when you get excited about something (yes, my own fault), and it's always a letdown, well, it just rubs the wrong way. that's all.

The magazine was pretty cool to flip through, lots of cool stuff in there - although I have to say, my daughter absolutely loved it. She made some color copies of the posters, stickers and passes from the book and hung them up in her toy houses - gave her Littlest Pet Shop & American Girl Doll houses some of the coolest room artwork I have ever seen! haha

Yep. There's also a Chicago related 1995 Vol. 1 & 2 vinyl that many stores across the globe are still taking pre orders over. Next Vault totally feels like it's gonna be one of these releases for sure.
