OK... so I'll play devils advocate here. That's a pretty drastic comparison. A reversal of a trade like that could hurt an entire system of finance and trading. This is essentially the equivalent of me buying, and paying for, an item from a store with in-store pickup. I never get the notice to come pick it up so I call them to see whats up. They tell me the website inventory was not up to date so the item was not actually in the store.... so they refund me.
I hope everyone gets their tickets. The whole thing is pretty interesting in how it will play out. I'm sticking to my theory of refunding based on ticket limits being exceeded.
