What was the issue when they did this in the past? Heard it was a logistical nightmare. Don't see how it is harder than recent yield/no code promo. Send out announcement: for one week only pre-order PJ stadium merch pack. Pack includes Poster, pin, and a sticker. Shirt would be cool, but sizes cause a little more logistics. No substitutions, no individual piece purchases. One pack per show per member (8/5, 8/7, 8/20/, 8/22). It closes after a week. They have 4-6 weeks to coordinate delivery of said goods to the warehouse. Packs ship when team is ready (a pick up at show is more logistics, more resources for them). The team knows how much merch they went through in Chicago 13, subtract the pre-orders from the overall order. This request is not so much to combat the flippers, because as long as there are crazy fans like us, there will be a flippers market. But to let this community spend time in a great city, meeting awesome people from all over the globe in celebration of the band we love.
Do this for Fenway, too! I'm not standing in any line longer than 15 minutes at both Boston dates, which means I probably won't buy anything. Would much rather spend time with friends. I would definitely pre-order, if given that option.

Stay Tuned for the 10th newsletter. Wishful thinking. PJ announces stadium merch pre-order. One order per show per member. Contents include show poster, sticker, pin and shirt. $75.
Coming in from Toronto, arrival flight at 11:30 - Wrigley I... hard to feel optimistic because of the brouhaha in Tor 1 and Miami... with that - a pre-ordering system is definitely ideal for the likes of me... another issue is roasting under the August sun for several hours... ayyy...

I'd even be willing to pay more than $35 to help with the costs of having to pay people to roll and prepare the posters for shipment. Maybe $50 a poster for preorder -- throw in a sticker too?

Sounds fair signed me up
I would definitely pay more for the convenience of getting a poster and sticker. Waiting outside in merch lines in the August heat is brutal.

Seems simple enough to me. I'd even be OK if they had to split it because of the poser tubes. Pre-order the poster, and another pre-order package where you get a shirt, sticker, and button.
...got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...
