I do however work with one guy who brings in all his workout gear everyday in a just a plastic grocery bag.
I hope you can't see his dirty jock strap thru the bag... Or if it falls out from the top...2006 Clev,Pitt; 2008 NY MSGx2; 2010 Columbus; 2012 Missoula; 2013 Phoenix,Vancouver,Seattle; 2014 Cincy; 2016 Lex, Wrigley 1&2; 2018 Wrigley 1&2; 2022 Louisville0 -
This is just practice for people bitching about the upcoming lottery, or not selling tickets on the site anymore, or tour dates, or cities not being played, or the cities that are being played, or not enough weekend dates, or northeast always getting shows, or northeast not getting enough shows, or not enough southern shows, or the merch trucks, or not enough merch at shows, or the poster artists, or not enough time to pick shows, or not all the shows being announced at once.....front spacer said:I just wish these would hurry up and sell out, so then we could switch our attention to all the eBay listings of them being "flipped" for $300!

because someone suggested that adults don't use backpacks. i'm not sure whats more absurd: the suggestion or the reaction to the suggestion...SVRDhand13 said:Some people use backpacks, some don't. Why is this an issue?

Ummm, yeah! Tenclub should sell PJ decorated cakes at cost so we can eat them too...pjsteelerfan said:

I would not buy a PJ travel bag either... my $50 bag from target works just fine!Nami said:lol...garbage bags and travel bags PJ.. next time get it right when you come out with a new product...
so serious round here...lol
I'm not a huge merch guy by nature... but I will always like gig posters from shows i attend, and i like the stickers as well... I would buy the shirts if they fit me (I'm a big guy)... probably because those are not just products, they actually celebrate the concerts & the music
Put a 45 box or slip mat in the store though, actual music related merchandise, and I will scoop it up quick
This doesn't mean I judge or think i am better than people who buy or collect the stuff... we all have our different interests and that is a good thing... some of the items are cool and I have a few, but that's few and far between
what I think it really boils down to, in my opinion, the only cool merchandise associated with a rock band is shirts, gig posters, stickers, etc... everything else seems corny to me, and disconnected... what does rock music have to do with dog collars and handbags?

agree... i wouldn't call this an absurd response to the reaction of the suggestion.SVRDhand13 said:Some people use backpacks, some don't. Why is this an issue?

And I see that I was wrong. How was I to know that our community was filled with avid bikers, hikers, and travelers?rustneversleeps said:

I've been on many a bike....Never used a backpack
I've been on many a plane....Never used a backpack
Though I can't really say I have gone hiking. ..Though I am thinking of going outside and raking leaves
Again....I will not need a backpack.
Take me piece by piece.....

And now this morning I Google. .."Should adults wear backpacks"
I have been entertained for an hour now.
I am happy to see there are others in this world who have never owned a backpack. HAHA

My idea of camping? There had better be a hot shower within 100 yards of the campsite.
But yes I have slept outdoors in a tent, more than once. No backpack was required.
