    I always get dinged on items over $100, and sometimes when it's between $60 - $100, but not usually. The customs charge for the backpack (which was more than $100, right?) seems normal and expected to me

    I don't get dinged all the time, when it's delivered by Canada Post. If it's done by UPS or FedEx, say goodnight. They always ask for money at the door no matter how cheap the item is. Just wished both 10club items were shipped in one box with a cheaper customs declared value.
