In order to be considered as present your cell phone must be in the pouch that corresponded with your assigned seat.

In my view thats not unreasonable and is very creative.

I think this may be the root cause of why incidents like this are on the rise.
More and more people at a younger age just don't give a shit about their actions.

Sounds like a smart solution, when I went to school no one had any cellphones, this is kind of a new problem that requires new thinking like you described.

What about the issue I see in a lot of these African American videos where they sucker punch people, beat up old ladies, etc and people just film, watch , and 99% of the time dance around and yell worldstar....There are a lot of self absorbed punks out there or maybe they are just cowards...Seems like they enjoy it to me though.

I think it is very easy to make it about race when really it is about class. I live in Ireland, there aren't many black people. But you see the same shit except it is white on white. There is the same class divide with the people on the bottom lacking that sense of right and wrong.

I agree that in some threads, those terms are not fairly applied. By all means, address them in those contexts. In this particular thread... the terms are far from being misplaced. At least from my perspective.

I looked that kid that tried that on me straight in the eye and saw desperation, self loathing and total anger. Fucked up history, culture, parenting and system= fucked up kids.
