my2hands official crystal ball prediction for the rest of 2016 *** 100% speculation***

    Leg 2 - June
    Washington DC
    Charlotte
    Atlanta
    Bonnaroo
    Louisville
    St Louis
    Kansas City
    Little Rock
Jackson (plays Mississippi for 1st time)
    Dallas
    Houston

    Leg 3 - August
    Fenway
    Albany
    Hamilton
    Pittsburgh
    Columbus
    Indianapolis
    Detroit
    Wrigley

    Leg 4 - October
    Edmonton
    Calgary
    Vancouver
    Seattle
    Portland
    Boise
    Salt Lake City
    Oakland
    Los Angeles
    San Diego
    Phoenix
    Albuquerque
    Denver
    Las Vegas (PJ25)

My guess is a show or two added around stadium shows and then a west coast run. Can't see them adding this many dates.
That's only 30 cities added on...

I'm not sure why people think it's impossible for these guys to play 50+ shows in a year... a year after they took a break... a year in which they are celebrating 25 years... and a year in which they currently only have 4 shows outside of the eastern time zone scheduled, two festivals & Wrigley... Jeff ament said they had something planned for PJ25 but couldn't comment yet, and this has not been mentioned in this release...

I think it's crazy to think that more isn't coming, it's only January folks!

My guess has been 50+ shows, and I'm sticking to it! lol

    *** 100% speculation
I agree! Maybe not 50+ but 40+ for sure. My money is on a west coast swing after Bonnaroo.
    Summerfest 7/8/95

I've seen it over analyzed a bit already, but does the 'North American' call out in the announcement lead anyone to believe they are going elsewhere? Maybe a Europeean leg after Bonnoroo? Also, if there is a big PJ25 event out west in the fall they might not want to dilute it will a full leg. I hope I'm wrong.

But in 2013 they were promoting a new album. Could the band do another leg or maybe even more? Sure they could. But since 2006 they just don't tour that much anymore. And with nothing to promote I just don't see another leg happening.

The listed dates are the north american tour dates for this year. That's it. Deal with it.

Europe might get added after Bonnaroo according to the original plans (as far as they can be fulfilled, only the Dutch dates overlapped)
    225xxx - 6/28/00, 10/20/01, 10/22/01, 9/11/06, 9/22/06, 9/23/06, 6/18/07, 6/26/07, 8/15/09, 6/25/10, 6/30/10, 7/4/12, 7/5/12, 7/7/12, 7/10/12, 6/26/14, 6/28/14, 7/3/18, 7/5/18

Lighten up dude, I'm having fun... I'm completely content if these are the only shows of 2016... but i highly doubt it is

some people take this shit way too seriously

And I'm sticking with 50+ shows in 2016. Deal with it

They have an election year to promote!

more important than an album, they have "Pearl Jam" to promote... large anniversaries are a perfect excuse to do that because it brings it more casual fans, nostalgic fans, etc...

completely unrelated... I just thought of something interesting... its been a while since they've played Hawaii

PJ25, HOF induction year, and an election year. No reason to think these are the only dates.

I'm like 98% positive tax and fees are included in that number.

I think he means he's "in" the lottery. Those are his choices.
Nothing has been drawn yet. Starts in a little over 2 hours.
    This weekend we rock Portland

I can see that happening too and I considered going, but it's too far out of the way for me for just one show

The only reason I'm traveling to Fl is because I was already planning a vacation there

I'm remaining in the drawing for Toronto, but if it's a bust (which seems to be very likely), then I'll just bank on the additional August Detroit-Hamilton-wherever rumors.

Nah.. I mean mayyybe I'll look but it seems like it'll be a lightning fast sell out. Even Detroit last tour I could only get upper bowl a million miles away through TM when the lottery was a bust. Not really excited about driving 10 hours RT to Toronto for bad seats.
