are you billing for this horrible defense?

It wouldn't matter if she 32 or 22, it was wrong. But it's not stat. Your loose use of the law and a lawyer's obligation does not serve you. As an attorney you shouldn't let personal bias interfere with your legal obligations. It's just all very strange.

Yup...that ad was a calculated risk, it opened her up to slut squad war room and bimbo eruptions criticism. I'm not talking about infidelity, I'm talking about sexual harassment and rape.

Could end up being a brilliant Trump trap.
Trump takes offense to the ad, gets huffy then as predicted, starts spouting on the Arkansas Bill sex scandals. It backfires, like some here mention and causes sympathy for Hilliary.

    http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-election-forecast/

AND I believe I read somewhere that Nate Silver said it would take up to a week to know the total effect of the debate. I think there's room to grow the margin here.

If Donald Trump wins debate, stocks likely to tank. For now, U.S. stock indices are close to record levels and U.S. government bond yields are very low. Investors appear to be pricing in a Clinton win.

Markets hate uncertainty. They are betting on continued monetary policies. Trump is such a wild card, they have no idea what to expect.

that's just the spread in likelihood of a win though...the real polling spread is about 3%

Silver is saying that she has a 60% chance of winning

Yes, plenty during the primary. If you think Zelaya should have stayed in power, then you can blame Obama for not sending in troops to restore Zelaya. He is the CEO, remember.

I believe Trump blamed rape and sexual harassment in the military on the presence of women in the military. He tweeted something like "26,000 unreported sexual assaults in the military - what did those geniuses think would happen if you put men and women together?"

You must be out of your element. If you think the Sec'y of State has final authority on domestic uranium sales, you're wrong. Ever hear of a cabinet? How about the DHS? Sec'y of Defense? Joint Chiefs? President? Do you not think this is cabinet level decision? I'll eagerly await your non-forthcoming reply to defend the baseless innuendo.

Bill Weld was a good Governor when he was here and then became a Senator in New York. I do find myself wishing that ticket were reversed.
