Skipping the pop-up today - went to Guggenheim Mueseum instead, to check out some classic posters by Monet - Renoir and Van Gogh. :)

Oh snap, after checking out the museum, my wife and I wandered over to the park and saw PJ play 6-7 songs and met Mike and Jeff. :)
Buck ou fuckin rock dude, congrats! Smartest guy on the forum- no waiting in line, he goes and sees the city and then meets the band. Love it!!
I'm like an opening band for your mom.

    Door just opened.

Only 48 Ames left. One per person.

    Once they're done, they're out.

To add to this I tried for a poster 3 different days and was 55,65 and 61 in line the 3 days I was there and watched them sell out right in front of me...
  • Just left store. I was 10th in the door today. 48 Ames, very limited amount of everything else too the staff said.

Hats are down to a handful (not Ames' definition) and once out they're gone.

Mets tee shirt only left in Medium, a dozen or so?

  • Transformers now gone. Any updates on shirts/sizes? People back in line by the corner wondering if they should stay the course
  • I'm probably 100 people from the store, been waiting for about 1.5 hours. With the transformers one gone I'm afraid everyone's going to go for the skyline. If anyone hears about that selling out please let me know

I'm in the store right now. I still see size L in some shirts. Not in the Mets colors. Still a healthy stack of skyline posters. No hats

  • Transformer, hats, buttons, and I think Yankee shirt were all gone. They were pulling some additional larger sizes of shirts from the back. If you don't see ask. Seemed like a decent amount of the other 3 posters left.

I was looking for one last night in there and they didn't have any. Mostly mediums and a few XL.
"All I Ever Knew" available now in print and digital formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks.
  • No more skyline posters, right before I got in too

  • So did people really buy what was left of the posters in hopes of trading for the apparently more desired one that sold out thinking people bought the one that was apparently more desired to trade for posters they could have had at the time they didn't purchase it and instead bought a spare one of the apparently more desired one?

Does any of that sentence make those that did that wonder if their plan was a good one?

Lost Dogs is definitely a place of amusement sometimes.

Something tells me they will be more picky on the posters that get approved for events lIke this... sounds like they have two prints that are selling no problem, and two that nobody wants so they will have huge stacks to fill those future mystery tubes with

    Yeah, it should have been
