Got all white drumhead signed by Ed with 3 wave doodle. Packed in bubble wrap in small box inside more bubble wrap inside big box. Packed to withstand a tornado. Thanks Santos for best pack job ever.

Received my drum head today. Got the one with the grey dot. Ed put a double colored wave ( black trimmed with grey on it!! Totally Awesome.. It was shipped huge doubled boxed by Santos.. Thank you!!

My package was in town yesterday afternoon. Tracker last night changed. It's in Lachine, Quebec. Will be coming back to town tomorrow.

Did anyone outside the USA score one of these sweet EV goodies? Wonder what duties & taxes I'll be looking at.

Book update

I’ve been deep in book production since the end of the Kickstarter, and clearly haven’t been updating the blog. Just wanted to post a quick reminder that even if you missed the KS, you can still pre-order a copy of the book here. (Backers will have a chance to order extra copies when we send out the checkout note, which will happen closer to the moment that we have books in hand.) (Also, just FYI: the final slipcover design looks nothing like the early mockup.)

I’ve got production samples in hands of various elements of the book, including a mockup of the slipcover complete with two 500 page volumes of blank pages. I’m torn between wanting to share photos of everything and wanting to play it close to the vest, so that the whole package is a surprise for backers.

I believe that we’re on schedule to ship books in January as promised. It’s unfortunate that we won’t have them in time for Christmas, but I do plan to post a downloadable certificate you can print and put under the tree as a placeholder, if you want to pre-order a set of the books as a gift for someone.

I still don't know if he is going to ship the records in a separate package. If he ships it with the book we are going to get some bent and crushed signed covers. Not sure why the records couldn't be shipped earlier like the drum heads.

Not sure if this has been brought up to Tom but what if the signed Backspacer records could be shipped out separately & early but we would be charged for additional shipping, if we want the records before Christmas. If that option was offered I wouldn't mind paying the additional postage.
