Not this festival, the only way to get non vip tickets is if you do those stupid quizzes and such. Vip tickets you can buy, but as you know those are expensive

If this is MSG why did we not get a "make sure your membership is up to date" mail? That and the heavy rumors of Global for months now makes me believe it is exactly what it seems.
And no I do not see any fan club tickets / section for 10 club members as the festival is not a PJ event, it's a Global Citizen Charity event.

For us plebs, however, it's a pretty great deal. You sign up for their website, go through each of the "issues" (such as food & hunger, water & sanitation, education) look for the "take action now" logo and sign the petitions or tweet or email. You can delete the tweet right after you send it. You can use their template for the emails. You accumulate points, you trade those points in for entries in the drawing for tickets. You wind up with two free tickets to a huge concert in central park. And you might even learn something!!!

They could easily do a two night stand 10c only shows at MSG and sell out. Would actually make tickets probably easier for all of us if they did.
If they make the trip out east, why not do that? Also if they would make those two MSG shows the only shows in the U.S. this year, those shows would be something special and worth it if the only shows in the U.S. this year.
