well, I can guarantee there will be no US tour. However, a festival in in D.C., I am not privy to unfortunately. 2016 will be the year of PJ.

Im thinking 2015 is out. Ive been thinking it since last fall.
2016 should be a pretty fulfilling year though.
i think we ve all been saying this since 2006. hopefully next year is legit.

Sounds like another poster convention... wonder what's up with the shows? 3 shows at the gorge? That would be killer... last 2 weekends at the gorge is currently open... one weekend is the gorge the other weekend is global citizen...

Just asking cause whether there will be tour or not, it's just good to be in the loop of what's going on, rumoured or fact. And since there are multiple PJ Facebook groups and you can't follow everything that's written there, I'm asking to maybe be pointed towards the one with best info regarding tour stuff and such. I love most things Pearl Jam and I certainly like the different Merch...but I would only travel for that sort of thing if they play as well....agree with you. I am sure if they do something like this than lots of people will think it is awesome so that would be great for them.
Take a look back at the tour history. not once have they ever done a year without us dates. and the last time they did sa was when pj20 happened. the sa shows arent till november either, we have 8 months between now and then for more dates. and i guarantee more dates.

For this rumored "Pearl Jam Con", there will be a show of course. It would suck for those waiting in the GA line if they want to participate in this event.
But .. if they did something like this I would structure it as booking the Pearl Jam Con event on Thursday & Friday. And the show Saturday. IF .. this happens.

It totally would make sense. They would bring many poster artists as possible to the event. Sell exclusive prints to the convention. Many special guests on hand who have played along side Pearl Jam. Side Projects. Charity organizations. Companies who have clothed Pearl Jam over the years. Vans, Crashious Roadside Room, Lifetime Collective etc..
I could totally see this happen. But please, if this Pearl Jam Con does happen, make it one ticket per 10club paying member only to enter. Not 2 tickets per one 10club member. Make this a little special for paying 10club members for a chance to attend this event.

There's pretty much two big Pearl Jam Facebook groups. The "Official Pearl Jam Ten Club Members" & "Pearl Jam Ten Club Members". Both are not officially run by Pearl Jam Co. They are pretty good fan run groups. I take part in both on them regularly on a daily bases.
