  • I get a "Bowery presents" email about incoming shows here in NY.  They are usually smaller venues.  So to my surprise I see the Rolling Stones!  Wow!  Where the hell small venue are they playing at?!?

    Click on the link.

    Metlife Arena...

I'm out!!!  No more arena shows for me.

I'm in the queue for Chicago....says 2000+ in front of me.  At 10:08CST
Ticketmaster going the virtual waiting room route is just another reason to hate them. Expect about 45 minutes wait time.

after one hour and 15 minutes I got in....it gave me section 111 at $395 each...I'm spinning now to see if I can get them.  Not sure if I'll pull the trigger on that or not

Just remember those are just the back of the field, you can probably get them on Ticketmaster, they are still available at Gillette for face of $134.50. They are behind all the field seats.

Sweet! Scored 200 level for Seattle. Not bad.
  • bflynn1bflynn1 Posts: 1,394
The 200 level is going to be perfect in Chicago. I got an aisle seat and a perfect angle to the stage. Also, if I look straight in front of me I'm even with the runway/center circle in the pit.

I didn't get shit.  When I finally got through it just spun forever.  Each time I found tix to purchase it spun....then it told me only single tix were available.  If I selected them it just spun.

Most likely y'all still waiting on "line" to purchase.
Front GA was $1500. Upper Deck was $99. I picked first row upper deck. Saw Lowers from $175 up. Back of the field behind the expensive floor seats was $175 too.
Not too terrible (other than front GA  ). Glad you scored!
"Good" seats (kind of an oxymoron in a football stadium), aka lowers close-ish to stage and fields were $394.50 plus fees, except the middle front fields were $494.50 plus fees.
So what did you wind up getting?

Didn't buy anything. Not paying 4 bills and not interested in seats too far away. I've seen them like 8 times in the past, so its not an urgency to go this time...if they have trouble selling out like GnR did a couple years ago and drop prices, I'll possibly grab something later.

    Did you buy anything?

Paid the most we ever paid for concert tickets and I don't imagine that record will break anytime soon.   Going to the Houston show as we have a friend that moved there.   $397usd per ticket.   Was a nightmare trying to get tickets in the presale.  Not so much because of the waiting room (Which I think is an interesting idea, as it's random lineup, to prevent bots from all going first), but because of how you had to select your tickets.    In the past select your tickets was only used after the initial onsale.   The demand is so high for a sale, that everytime you select tickets, someone else bought them.   Took us almost an hour just to get the expensive ones :(

Stoked we're going though.  Bucket list thing.  One of the last big rock band's I've never seen.   Wanted to see them before they call it a day :(

I will probably do what I did for GNR last year. wait until the day of the show and buy tix from a scalper at drastically reduced prices. the JAX won't sell out. I ended up sitting dead center 14 rows from the stage at GNR. ticket only cost me $100.
