I went to Atlanta and it was awesome. I mean "You Gotta Move" and "Some Girls" plus a lot of hits? The sound was really good in ATL as well. Had a blast.Virginia Beach 2000

Pretty much the same set list they've been playing every show?(besides Far Away Eyes & Dead Flowers). Only changing a song, or two the most?

First you got me rocking of the tour. Also only the second Wild Horses this tour. You're gettng atleast 3-4 variables a night.0

4 changes by my count. Rocking, Far Away Eyes, Dead Flowers, Wild Horses have all been played not at all or sparingly. Context matters when the band in question is going on 50+ years, I suppose...cutz said:The Rolling Stones

I could do without YGMR. We got it in Vegas a few years ago. It's not a bad song, but I can think of so many other songs (even recent ones) they should play instead.hinsey21 said:First you got me rocking of the tour. Also only the second Wild Horses this tour. Agree. Even though it's mostly predictable, they're still so good and the shows are amazing. We almost went to Nashville and decided not to at the last minute. That setlist was great.vant0037 said:It's clear that the last half of every show is more or less cemented, but last night, Nashville got a pretty sweet early set.

In Nashville the whole fan song vote thing was fake. Walked by the stadium at 5:30 and heard the band rehearsing Dead Flowers with Brad Paisley. They were still running the fan vote graphic before the show for no reason.0

Yeah, i think the same. They know what song there going to play.Sheets Of Clay said:In Nashville the whole fan song vote thing was fake. Too much of a basic set list for me.

Either that or they felt it was one they wanted to rehearse with someone who they hadn't played it with.
And really, I'm not sure I care that much, to tell you the truth.1998-06-30 Minneapolis

There was a Pittsburgh vote but it was last minute and wasn't up for long. And I think I read on IORR that an hour after it went up that they were rehearsing the winner, Paint It Black. The other choices were Shattered, All Down The Line and Ain't Too Proud To Beg.vant0037 said:Anyone see a song vote for Pittsburgh yet?

Anything off IORR that isn't the title track (which I do enjoy hearing) would be a rare treat for any show.vant0037 said:Ain't Too Proud to Beg would be cool.

You sure it was Ain't Too Proud To Beg? I was looking on setlist.fm (which usually appears correct but who knows), and it doesn't show it being played on the No Security Tour. It shows they played it a few times in 75/76, then didn't play it again until the Licks Tour in 02/03, which was apparently the last time it was played.jerparker20 said:I've heard

Could have sworn it was played at that show. Another reason for not drinking heavily at shows anymore. It's amazing how much more one can remember.0
