but still, as a venue owner, safety and security should be number 1 priority over everything else. did the security keep the artist safe? no. did security keep the fan safe? clearly not. could the venue have done more for security? yes.

all i am saying is that is how the law works in this country.

disagree all you want. all i am saying is that she will find an attorney to sue the venue, and she will get a settlement out of it. who knows, maybe the settlement will just be that they are required to provide more security.
