Some seller, Jeffpic, has put nice items up. Prices are fairly high but in case someone is interested or wants to get me a Christmas gift ;)

    definitely fair prices on the picks for anyone who is ISO of what he has left. The seller is a trust worthy member of the community so if you want something he has, go for it with confidence

    Not many dogs come with that tag! but honestly that dog showed up on ebay not long ago and sold for more or less that.

    Is he bending on the price of the puppy? I think the last one I saw sell on the auction site sold for around $100. But I've seen them sell for even less at times.

    Is it safe to say there are no more rules regarding Lost Dogs? I say remove the flipping rules and remove the Ebay link bans. They aren't being followed anymore anyway.

Just about every item ever sold by Pearl Jam has been listed here on Lost Dogs for more than the original cost with no issue (except for tickets). Posters sold in the afternoon are listed for trade in the evening. I think the time has come to change the rules to no rules (except for concert tickets sold/traded for over face).

    I say instead of dancing around the issue and making up excuses for selling more than cost, we just let it go and from here on out post what we want without fear of being ridiculed as a flipper or having the thread taken over.

    I'm not talking against anyone in this thread, but what made me think of this is that this thread had people vouching for Ebayers selling items for greater than cost and there is no pushback, yet a lot of people post items on here and get ridiculed for flipping and have their threads taken over (I will admit I've made my share of accusations over the years). It seems like a double standard and I think we should get rid of all the rules and let people post whatever item for whatever price and let the free market decide.

    I think people like the idea of this place being a place where you can come and get fair trades and fair prices, but that ship sailed a long time ago. Those are still out there but how many threads for trading Moline posters are on Lost Dogs right now? I don't see any trades with people looking for Cinci 2014 or OKC 2013, they are looking for the $300 Cracker Jack or $400 Donkey Kong poster in return for the poster they just bought for $35 + shipping from the 10C.

    Even if we call people out, there are still people willing to pay those prices. It id the law of demand. It wouldn't change a dime IMO.

    I will never understand the logic of why it's ok to sell a poster for $300 that I paid $35 for last year but it's bad to sell a poster I bought last week for the same deal. As long as someone isn't hoarding multiple posters they should be free to keep, sell, frame, or burn the one poster they purchased as they see fit.

    There must be some magical time period that only one person knows when an item ceases to being subject to flipping rules.
