    Can't decide if I should put this here or in the kitty thread. So my cat wakes me up at 2am to bring me a toy "present" and then proceeded to steal the covers so of course I couldn't get back to sleep. I've been lurking on here like :tired_face:

    In so out of it. I'm exhausted but can't sleep. I been trolling on here for like an hour. I think I've entered some kind of fuge state or something

    i think i have part insomnia because lately i have difficulties sleeping and dont sleep till late and while sleeping its very lite and i wake few times then when it comes to waking up its difficult and i want to go back to sleep but cant so im really tired and feeling crappy its going to be another long night

    I've had "let me sleep" suck in my head all evening too. And my cat is snoring.
    Oh well, at least there's heat coming up.

    I couldn't help it...I fell asleep around 3:30pm, woke up about 7:45pm. I just can't sleep for more than a few hours at a time. I'll fall asleep around 3 or 4, up at 9...maybe 10.

    I don't have a problem falling asleep but have been waking up after only 4 hours sleep for about 6 weeks now. It's driving me crazy.

    Has improved a bit since the weather got cooler. Still can never sleep a straight 7 or 8 hours though. :anguished:

    I've noticed that when I try and do the things that make most people fall asleep, they have the opposite effect on me. Maybe I should go out for coffee?
