Achja, so'n pj Konzert in der SAP Arena wär schon was feines...;)

I think it's rude talking in a way most people around don't understand when you can speak in a language they can.
There's PM if you want to chat in your language..or national forums/sites.. (and before someone makes a smart remark, English is my 2nd language too )

there's no better way to kill a thread is all...

its not rude... and its an international board... surely they can talk in any language they wish. I havent seen any rules about this?

noo... am aff tae watch the fitba on ma telly... huv a wee swally and watch Jade gettin' booted tae fuck off thon show the nicht!
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    1. Relax
    2. Take a look at other threads like "PJ in Argentina" or stuff like that. It happens all the time. It's not like we hijacked the thread and spammed over 2 pages in german.
    3. I'm sorry if someone is offended by that.

Precisely BECAUSE it's an international board we should stick to a commonly understood language...if everyone starts doing that, that'd be chaos.

and no chance of that.. not even a minute! :x

but as you said it in German, how we're supposed to know?..might have been something important :)

    2. yep, my point exactly. I've long stopped looking at Zagreb thread for that.
it IS how those start, by a couple of people starting (I didn't said they hijacked on purpose) then someone else joining in then before you know it everyone else is excluded of the conversation because sifting through those post is tiresome.
I'd rather kill it in the bud.

    1. sorry but it's a pet peeve of mine. When someone from my country joined my household once, my condition was we were not to speak anything but English out of respect for the other 2 English flatmates...

sorry if I sound aggressive, it wasn't my intention (there's really not enough different smilies in this forum!), but I genuinely believe it is a rude (even if unintentionally) thing to do.

It's easy to guess what that means ;)
Not the first part, but the rest sounds to me like: I cannot believe that we're bringing this kind of speech onto an international forum.

    am i right? :P

think we should finally get back to topic

I think is nice to hear/read diverse languages. ;)

It's your problem that you don't understand it. German..Das ist ja nicht so schwer zum verstehen..
If you call that rude then I you can call rude also the fact that you didn't learn their language and they did yours...
I guess it has to do with the power of the state...

    Anyway....nevermind.....POLAND Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! :D
The worst enemies of music? Money and Mathematics. Combined with music, they both do the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do. Money makes music cheap, mathematics makes it stupid and predictable.

If everyone starts speaking in their native language here, there'll be very limited conversation.
The site is English (language), if you're on it in the first place, you (as in one) must have some understanding of it so it is, here, the common language.

but I'm sure you understood perfectly what I was saying you cheeky monkey ;)
