    I do agree that more pressure needs to be put on private sales.  It could be as simple as an app where you put in someone’s name and birthday and connects to an FBI database to see if they are “flagged”.  You could then make it to where it creates a receipt or something showing they ran the check and the results.  It would not have to include any identifying information as far as medical history, but merely a “pass/fail” message or “ineligible” or something.  
    That would protect the seller as they would have “proof of passing” if anything ever got traced back to them.

    I saw the Breaking  News around 4am (sleep...pfft), and my stomach dropped as it always does. If you can't drink & drive,  how can one drink & carry, I mean COME ON PEOPLE, you CAN leave your gun at home on occasion. Especially if you anger easily after a couple.

    Watched video & shooter or shooters walked in & opened fire. I thought they were members. 

    If it's a  members only club, how'd they get past security; unless it's not what this impoverished coastal elite equates to a MO club. True elites or motorcycle.   

    I'll go out on a limb & predict an AK type weapon was used.  Just spit balling here. 

    Second Amendment needs a thorough rehashing as it's  been grossly over interpreted. Originalists, my a$$. I know why the founders included it & a "right to bear arms" was not meant for a "civilized" society to own more guns than occupying citizens.  Reword it without arms in it. Not in my lifetime.  But protect the zygotes at all cost. You own your guns AND my uterus,  got it.  

    I hope they catch those murderers before they exercise their right to pull the trigger again. Pisses me off.

    I just saw that on the news yesterday but didn't connect the name of the defendant with that disturbing case

    That is horrible. The poor kid. Coincidence, I think not. The cop only got 10 years, out  in 5, I read. That's insane.  Justice is far from blind. If roles were switched,  they would have put the guy away for life for what she did.  

    I hope they catch the hitman/killer. Family should rely on investigators outside of the Dallas PD. Sad to say but I would'nt trust that investigation.

    This young man did the right thing even though he was scared of the same thing happening to him & gun violence. Now he's dead. That's so freaking wrong in so many  ways. ☹
