That feeling of 2019 is setting in more and more every day.
I would compare it to 2023 where they actually played a short run of shows as opposed to 2019 where they played nothing, but that's just me.
But in 2019, we knew it was gonna be a quiet year because of studio time announced by Eddie at the last Fenway show in 2018. (How the hell did the 3.5 hour shows end SEVEN YEARS AGO?)
2023 probably isn't an unfair comparison though.

But 2023 wasn't a year after they released an album though.

Maybe they're making another one?
During one of the final shows, Eddie said something about how they were writing/recording while in Australia.

I feel like it's too early. They are always recording and writing for the band or other projects, but I'm not seeing more intense sessions aimed at a new album in the near future.

2023 is a similar show count (so far) but announced in April for August, so the year felt “fuller” if that makes sense. We had a few months of rumors in the spring, lottery in April and shows late summer. This year (unless anything else is announced) has had none of that because those steps were late ‘24. So the shows are comparable but the activity/buildup isn’t

Also, in the summer of 2023 we had a lot of fun with F2F so it felt like lots more fun activity building up to the shows.
What'd be nice is info on a 10C sale for the "Save It For Later" 7".
Yeah, it says RSD Exclusive, but I feel like there's been "exclusive" stuff that 10C also has released. 4000 of them seems way too few. That's 80 per state if they only were released in the USA and don't other countries also get some?

Indeed.
They won't be in the newsletter if they do tour in the fall.
