"This Crystal Clear version of Dark Matter is going to look and sound incredible." Found this to be very funny since we're given no details whatsoever on the mixing, mastering or cutting of this record and because of the fact the vast majority of PJ vinyl (except for the reissued 45rpm Vs and Yield) sound pretty bland and lifeless on vinyl.

Well today is my last day as a Ten Club member after 14 years (ok is not as long as some of you). Tomorrow would be my auto renewal day, but after this newsletter I have no reason to spend more $35 dollars on it.

Even the "Inside" videos that started so cool with an unreleased You Are footage became just another already seen easy to find repeated content that is not updated since december. I was expecting some Dark Matter vid today, but I think is not something that a Ten Club member deserves to get in antecipation and we will just have to wait for some regular release on YouTube.

No newsletter since 2019 (ok it was available probably in 2021), no special content anymore, last cool download was Get It Back track in 2020. Just thought I should write this here as a goodbye, no expectation on it. Anyway, happy to hear a new album next month. Thanks.

Negative. Some people theorized it was done, but then they put out the Atlanta vault on vinyl after that (allthough it was release digitally before people posted that). Not sure. Hopefully it keeps going. I'm optimistic they're trying to focus on the new album coming out, and would announce a vault afterwards.

yeah, we all have confirmation emails, and those with seats have allocated seat numbers, etc, but there's still people freaking.

yeah, we all have confirmation emails, and those with seats have allocated seat numbers, etc, but there's still people freaking.

I get what your saying but equally none of us have actually paid $$$ for these tickets. When in life have you purchased something and gone to get it/drive it/see it and not paid for it, but said its ok I have my confirmation email that confirms its mine although I havent completed the contract and paid for it?? What happens come November - will we get denied entry and tickets cancelled because not paid for?? Thats why a lot of us are freaking out - especially those of us who will be travelling from across the country/globe.

But it has to be resolved way before that. Don't the tickets get put in our accounts in April? There's probably a whole discussion on it that I need to catch up on. 👍

They aren’t gonna announce a vault while the promotion cycle for a new album is starting to ramp up.

vault 10 was announced in the fall of 20, Well after the Gigaton promo cycle has run its course. I’d estimate something similar.

I have. I've brought something from Mighty Ape recently that I haven't been charged for yet because it's currently not in stock. I've ordered vinyl before and not been charged until it's ready. These things sometimes happen.

My 30th anniversary comes a day later, from the April 11 show at Boston Garden. Seventy shows later, that night was also the first and only time I met any of the core members of the band. I met Eddie, Jeff and Dave A. at the band's hotel in Cambridge after the show. I learned the titles of "Corduroy" and "Immortality" from Jeff. I asked him about the two new songs they had played that night, but I thought that "Corduroy" and "Immortality," which were played back-to-back with no intervening conversation or much delay, was one song, and another song, with the repeated phrase "Hold On," was the second song. When Jeff told me the two titles, I said, "Which one was the one that went 'hold on, hold on'?" He didn't know what I was talking about. Apparently, he wasn't paying any attention to the words Eddie was improvising.

Anyway, the set list on this website still incorrectly shows that improv as the Lost Dogs track "Hold On" (even though the Ten Club has been made aware several times that it's a mistake). And, for some reason, "Hold On" also shows up on the set lists at a bunch of 2000 shows when it was not played either. (I have all the bootlegs from 2000.) This is why people should be careful about "show stat" apps that use this site's set lists as the basis for their info. This site is not reliable.
