Hey jeff I'd say most peeps are gonna get the train, it's only 1 1/2 hrs from Dublin on the express and they seem to be offering their €10 journeys again. We gotta get a pint together!

Thanks for that info Al. I had no idea about a train. I really need to start planning for this. I haven't booked anything yet. Do I need to book in advance and if so, could you point me to the right place? And yeah, I agree about the pint... I'll probably be in Dublin a day or 2 before the gig, how much I drink probably depends on whether or not my gf has left me yet. But yeah, thanks again.

    http://www.irishrail.ie/your_journey/timetables.asp :)

From Connolly to Belfast should cost you €10 single. You can book only 28 days in advance.

Also there's a pre-party on in Dublin the night before the Dublin show, come along :D

    Cheers, Jenny, much appreciated.

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Basically he was walking towards the Tesco complex as I was walking out. The dog (can't be more than 5 months old) sniffed my shopping quite innocently so the owner yanked it back on it's lead so hard it choked. When the dog got back towards him with the yanking he kicked it in the head. It yelped and the owner said "shut up and behave you fucking arsehole!"
I stopped walking and loudly called the guy a twat but he just kept walking away. I thought about going back to see if the dog was tied up outside Tesco. If it was I was going to take it and call the RSPCA but there wouldn't be a lot they could do.
Loads of people saw it... no one but me said anything :( WTF is wrong with people?!

    Poor dog :(

Housemates had a bit of a shindig last night, which I didn't hear a bit of till their friends were getting a taxi home and started screaming out on the street. Had my window open and it did not a happy Jenny make! Ended up sleeping it in though

Just saw this as was amazed at the cheap tickets that Sian got, so was looking for the link. Live in Penrith, would have waved as you went past. Sorry that's totally irrelevant to anything. I'm off now.

I have just been trying to read back through the thread but can't find anything, is there a Dublin meet up the night before the gig? I am still in need of a Dublin ticket and Ebay seems like the only hope :(
