Congratulations to all y'all who did manage to get tickets for Shepherd's Bush. I'm sick with jealousy. Can't believe there'll be an "Astoria, Mark II" going on & I won't be there...

    On another topic...

(I thought I'd flag it here amongst you lovely people before taking it out to the wider board)

I have a spare 10C Manchester ticket, if anyone in here is still looking or knows someone who is. I had someone for it, but they can't make it now...

man you had me panicking there....:mrgreen:

i was sitting here thinking "i'm sure i've got his spare for that show..."

turns out my memory is worse than one of those thingy things and its the London show i've spared from you.... phew!!!
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Yep... level 2, unless VV (who has my spares) can find someone to swap her seating with standing. Then it would be V and I standing and my hubby and her hubby sitting!!!! Somehow, I don't really see people wanting to swap!

A few drinks before will definitely be in order (though I'm not too sure I want to see Al again! But since he is NOT coming, it's OK - love you Al, really!)

Have you been to the venue before?

Hope level 2 isn't too far. But, tbh I'll be glad to be in the building!!

There are tickets randomly going on sale still for the show! Peeps got some at 10pm last night and at stoopid o'clock this morning. I still urge everyone to keep trying both the hmv links and ticketweb before forkin' out for ebay just like Thierry Henry did, like a twat ;)

ah some teenagers are very trustworthy. :D like my older little bro. though.. one night he went out with friends and mum said he should be home around 11 PM at the latest. he didn't show so my sis called and asked what was up. he was apparently comforting a friend or something like that.. (I'm assuming this friend was a girl, probably drunk..) he did stay out longer than he was supposed to. but at least he was honest about it.

okay, not the best example, but he's a good kid (15 years this Oct).

I'm kinda jealous about the Tate Modern though, I didn't have time to visit the last time I was in London.
