Somewhere at home I have the recipe for Mrs. Fields cookies - complete with ground oats, shaved giant Hershey bar...makes close to a hundred cookies.

Those things were AMAZING but damned if I'm gonna more than spend a half day making them.

you could quarter the recipe and it would make 25. i cut down recipes all the time, and I've found that most cookie recipes say "makes 3 dozen" in reality, you're lucky if you get 2 dozen.

I used to make the full batch during the holidays and give them out...they were supposed to yield a gross but I made them huge.

Gonna dig up that recipe and do some cutting down!

    double salt... hilarious

that reminds me of april fools day games
when i was a young lad i switched out the salt & sugar
dad gets up at 4:30am & is having morning coffee before work
    teaspoons of salt

    he was not to pleased

then there was the tacks on the toilet seat
we liked torturing one another in our house

i would imagine i got in deep shit for the salt/sugar switch & dad sitting on tacks. although i'm positive he also thought the tacks was hilarious as they punctured his cheeks. the salt sugar switch would have made him pissed moreso than toilet seat tacks

we were fun at some point but something happened & now we suck & some are dead

That's why I like hot dogs. Quick, easy, no fuss, no muss. You can even eat 'em right out of the package though I don't recommend it. Microwave, boiled, fried, grilled on a griddle, grill, charcoal or gas, in a pot or can of beans or on a stick over a camp fire. Its all good.

    Peace.

    Oy.

You did NOT just compare freshly-made & baked gooey cookies to diggities. I do love both (though I've never had dogs out of the package, you sick SOB), but these are two different realms.

    For shame!

And Juggler, make up your mind. Please don't pull a Kramer.

Thinking of switching to boxer briefs....not sure though

All of the men I know wear boxer briefs. Apparently they are particularly favorable in the summer. Try one pack and see how you like it.

Also cookies vs hotdogs is not a valid debate.
