Ahhh, very good question Brian. Sadly I have every Beatles cd except for Rubber soul so I don't really know. But Revolver is easily one of my favorite Beatles records so I would probably go with Revolver. Norwegian wood is amazing, But don't forget about "I'm looking through you." Man that's a great song!

Agreed. I almost had a mini stroke when I read that. That is a required album to have by anyone.

What are people thoughts here for the White Album!? Just bought this one recently. I already have Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt Pepper, Abbey Road. There is something about the white album I really like. Just it's wide variety of genres! Some filler so I'm looking forward to maybe making a playlist to cut it down to one full album of my favourite tracks. I really love Dear Prudence and Don't Pass Me By.

Don't pass me by is a really great song, one of my favorites also. And another favorite off that album is definitely Happiness is a Warm Gun.

And is just me or during Bungalow Bill can I hear vocal that reminds me of Nirvana!? It's the vocal part...something about it. Can't put my finger on it though!? I'm thinking something off Unplugged in NYC.

yeah, that is...how do you say, Cray-Cray.

I am stoked. I just (yesterday) ordered the CD Mono Box Set for 125 bucks. Crazy good "deal of the day" on best buy.com. I know all are exited about the vinyl Mono Set, but I am more than happy with the CD set.

You might be right if not for Dear Prudence, which is absolutely perfect.

White Album is great and I've grown to really like it all, but there's quite a disparity between the great stuff and the sorta goof songs.

I'm both baffled and jealous that someone is hearing Rubber Soul for the first time. I think I like Abbey Rd and the S/T material a little better, but a Rubber Soul/Revolver is my favorite era. Just so much growth and maturing. You could hear the effect the drugs and their other lifestyles choices were having and how much the horizons were expanding so much between those albums.

I honestly think Let It Be is their best album. I wish they would have wrote more stuff like that.

I thought he sounded great for being 70. I think his voice had held up pretty well. He played for 3 hrs and his band is good. I had seen Eddie Vedder two nights in a row, so Paul marked 3 shows in a row. Only thing I was worried about was he was playing minute maid park (baseball stadium) and heard the sound in there wasn't great, but The sound for Paul was done really well. It was cold and they left the roof open, now, I know why- there was a bunch of fireworks set off toward the end. LOL. My buddy from college will be seeing him in October. Have a blast man!
