So bonnaroo in person with foo fighters as one of the headliners. Feel like that announcement is a pretty big indicator of what’s to come. Right or wrong, everything is open and happening soon

Definitely. Everyone in the south has. Point less on the location and more on the artists. Don’t think those guys are all packing up and getting their stuff out for one show.

Every year I think I should have taken opening day off from work - but, I never have.
    A glorious day for all!

Our office building used to put out a whole opening day spread of ballpark food in the lobby for tenants. Prolly won’t see that no more.

Surprised they dont have kegs out there for you folks.
We installed technology all over Fenway (and all of the parks) a bunch of years back - this was to help charge phones for guests.
Can you guess which stadium needed the most repairs?  By far....3x factor.

    Fucking Chowds.
    Angry people.

Wearing my CHAMPS shirt today from opening night '09, as is tradition.

I like the lineup. Interesting seeing Haseley in there vs a lefty though.

The Phils are a great mystery, again.
Lots of pieces are there....but can they do it?

Last I checked their odds to win the division were a decent buy compared to the other teams, because I think this division is a complete coin toss. Also, I think they're not a great team. So many what-ifs. I like the majority of the lineup but their fielding still stinks and the rotation is an unknown beyond Nola and Wheeler.

I don't care how much Kingery is struggling, they have to find a way to get him on track and dump Segura. Just fully invest the guy at 2nd and be done with it.

Last year was a garbage season, so I feel more optimistic with them over a full season.

I think the division finishes 1. Nats 2. Mets 3. Braves 4. Phils 5. Marlins

Phillies will be better. Division is brutal and other teams are better, but you never know.

For sure, I honestly think you could move around any of the 5 teams in any order. I think 4 of the teams finish with at least 80, 82 wins.

I gotta say, re: these "Phandemic" people - good for them. They really turned this into a thing and they're being rewarded.

Man, Nola pitched so well except for that one pitch to Pablo. Hopefully bullpen doesn’t blow it. Offense needs to step up now

At least we played a full 9 innings. So dumb.

I get why they do it, but I don't like it one bit. What a catch by Gregorius. Also great play by Realmuto in extra innings with that tag at the plate

This is good though. PJ delaying another year let's me set my sights on a Euro show.

Not yet! But, regardless, I think I'm putting one of these dates on the radar.  Big 40th year, post-Covid, let's get nuts.
