Have seen many Pearl Jam shows before and was disappointed that they were playing the BDO festival. I want to see a PJ show not a festival show. They did exactly what I thought. Crowd pleasing songs that everyone knows. Evo, Hail, animal corduroy (Yawn) The usual suspects of songs throughout the set. But thanks to Mark Richards who requested In Hiding made up for those other songs. Glad to hear 5 songs off lightning bolt. The good thing about the show was that it was a long setlist. Maybe I have been spoiled and seen them too many times. Hopefully they do their own tour next time and we might hear some rarities.
Newcastle 2006 has been the best show I have witnessed. Checkout that setlist and you will see why.
Sydney bootleg is great. Who cares if it was a festival show, it was still a great show. Be thankful that they came and enjoyed being Aussies on Australia day on January 26, 2014. Thanks Pearl Jam and please don't make it another 4 years and 2 months until you grace our shores again.
