Also, I've known for a long time that regarding bootlegs, the 10c shipping emails don't mean anything. Only the shipping ones form Nugs do. I thought that was common knowledge. It was the same way when Kafula ran things too.
Agreed... my 10C email said "Ten Club LLC would like to thank you for your order. Your order has successfully been submitted for processing." Nothing about that seems false to me, I assumed I would get follow up from Nugs but still no word, hopefully soon.
I purchased 5 bootlegs back on December 2nd and 4th. I received shipping notifications from the 10c for both orders on the 4th and from Nugs on December 6th. From past experiences, shipping from Nugs takes about 6-8 business days. Still nothing.
I emailed Nugs on December 30th about my orders. In the email I included both order numbers and have still not received a reply.
It's a little frustrating but at the same time, I have the digital files that I have already ripped to a disc and have listened to non-stop in my car every day to and from work. I would like the physical copies of the shows I attended but I really don't mind waiting. I would just like to know what's going on.
I ordered Pittsburgh the day it was released and it was in my mailbox 5 days later. Ordered Baltimore on Christmas Day (again, when it was released) and have heard nothing. I got the typical "email nugs.net" reply from 10C. Emailed nugs and have heard nothing yet.
I'm waiting until Feb. This is ridiculous, but it looks like 10C and Nugs (whatever that is) needs time to get their act together, which they obviously did not. :-/

I have no doubt I'll receive my orders and it is obvious Nugs was shut down over the festive period hence the backlog of orders. It's no biggie in the grand scheme of things, just abit of communciation from either 10c or Nugs to say orders are delayed/nugs is shut over Xmas would have been ideal. I'll delay making any more orders though until my last 2 orders have been shipped!

Why did PJ quit using Kufala?! I have been waiting almost 4 weeks now for 2 boots. IMO, do not put up the boots for sale, period, until your company can handle the business. Ridiculous.

I ordered 2 shows on 12/14, got a message from the TenClub on 12/16 stating they shipped. Still no Boots. So I sent a message to them about it to see if it could be tracked. The response was: Hi, Bootleg CD's are shipped directly from Nugs.net. Please contact orders@nugs.net regarding your order. 10c
So I forwarded the message to nugs.net and the response was: Thank you for your inquiry. Due to a large volume of emails, it is taking longer than usual to respond to each request. Someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Please be advised: if you are inquiring about a CD order where you received a confirmation email from 10club but NOT from orders@nugs.net, your order has not yet shipped. The 10club emails were a result of a software update, and your order will be shipping next week. Thank you for your patience,

So an order I placed on 12/14 and told shipped on 12/16 actually hasn't shipped, 10club doesn't want to be bothered with the questions about the shipping of the boots, and nugs blames 10club for a false email.
This is pretty ridiculous.
I have had troubles in the past as well. And what you mentioned about the Ten club responce made me think back. They claim that you should adress your problem to Nugs. But that is nonsense. If you purchased the album on this site, then you have nothing to do with Nugs. You are a customer of this site not of Nugs. It doesn't matter that the Ten club have the deal with Nugs to conduct their business. If you mention a problem to the Ten club they should treat you as a paying customer and provide service, which is to at least take the problem serious. Instead they hide behind Nugs and mispalce responcebility. It is theirs and theirs alone.

when i contact nugs via email i got a response a few hrs later....but its taking a month to get my CD is crazy...when I told 10C..they didnt want to hear it! ppl @ 10C also said they were closed for 2 weeks....who the F closes for 2 weeks, a retail business too no less?
Got a note they're sending a replacement of one of the messed up Worcester shows I received. No idea when I'll see that.

Havent read all of this but i ordered the Pittsburgh boot (obviously the first one) and that took forever. Said it was shipped, long before it couldve been, kind of a joke. So, I pre-ordered the Bootleg Box Set. I'm guessing with all of these problems I'm seeing and the fact they havent played a new boot on Sirius in 3 weeks I should expect that for Christmas 2014?

As posted on another thread, I ordered 2011 boots along with the 2013 boxset. Contacted Nugs about the shipping of the 2011 boots but they told me they cant ship them till the 2013 boxset is ready (should say they replied promptly). I pointed out that shipping was paid for both items as if they were individually purchased and questioned why they could not ship them and they replied with
'I completely understand your point, but you will need to contact 10club with your request. Unfortunately, This is not something I can resolve since you purchased the items through 10club'
So since the 13th of December, I have emailed the 10C five times without reply. They dont give a fuck and its nothing to do with Holidays. Why state to contact Nugs about your order when they say its a 10c issue.
Just to add that video a few months back about 10c shipping and UPS with the line 'the where is my stuff emails have stopped' Are they for real? They dont give 2 fucks and It really pisses me off.
