okay, to be more clear, we made plans 3 weeks ago, but I didn't realize be was going to crash at my place until today at work. Does that settle your mind at all, Princess peacefrompaul? :D

Lisa, my sofa is very big and comfy! :)

I think I need pics of the sofa "just to be sure"
Maybe you and Bill could "try it out" ;)

  • Thinking about why pfp doesn't get the awesomeness that is Sylvester Stallone.

And checking out movie sites in Seattle for real in my two movie buff travel books. So far, they have only been really useful for The Deer Hunter in Cleveland :corn:

I ran up the Rocky steps in Philly :shifty: I love Stallone. I hope one day I can go and visit Hope in Canada, where they shot Rambo. They even have a Stallone statue there

The Deer Hunter is my favourite movie. I think I need to put a screening on the list of things to do on a weekend for the house of Cav. We went to the cathedral where the wedding took place and also to the place where the wedding party was shot. The wedding guests in the movie were actual people who lived in the neighbourhood. They asked them to bring empty boxes that looked like gifts to be extras in the movie. But everybody brought real gift, cause that is what Eastern European hospitality is like :D And they all got drunk for real. I love that the wedding is the longest scene in the whole movie and that it shows that everybody had a fucking blast. It is a yoga school now, but I thought it was awesome to actually go there.

I live an hour and a half drive from Hope! First Blood- awesome movie, and also my dad was one of the Russian men in a fur hat cheering for Drago, and then Rocky, in Rocky 4. Also, I did a 10 minute speech about Sylvester Stallone in grade 5.

.......... Bill is snoring quite happily on my sofa right now.... I don't think the inflatable mattress even occurred to him. Probably because of those jager bombs I bought him.
