The guy at the end yelling racial slurs is a goof for doing that, but the entire scene is tough to figure out.
I think he had gotten his ass kicked. And there is a guy removed from the conflict in the second video (just before he begins yelling like an idiot) that points to the racist guy and his friends and says something like, "These guys were the good guys."
