If I remember correctly, that Egyptian guy showed a huge national flag with a "tremor crist" text on it and in Torino Ed got the guys to play it for him (it was not supposed to be played!)!

AWESOME....awww so some people got to see our ugly national flag LOL....how cool of the boys to do so, they really appreciate their fans and that's one of the millions of reasons why this band kicks ass :D, What a lucky guy though, how did an egyptian get to hear about PJ? that guy must be musically cultured or something! Because NO one and I mean NO one knows PJ here....sadly...

When the tour hits the UK, most likely London....there's gotta be a message pit footie match. I'm putting the idea out there, I imagine it may have to be Celts v England, or England and Wales v Scotland and Ireland...whatever the teams, let's get it on ;):):D
    I came, I saw, I concurred.....

and before I forget to mention it: Luxembourg has a great new venue now, the Rock Hall. I went there to see R.E.M. and that was perfect. Easy to reach for people from many different countries.

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Ok, I need to add my suggestion. The first one is Hamburg.
The boys played the best gig in 2000 in Hamburg. Everyone who was there can agree on that. Btw. Eddie mentioned during the concert how good the city is to Pearl Jam (listen to the bootleg)

In 1996 the concert in Hamburg was one day after the legendary "Checkpoint Charly Concert" in Berlin which was broadcasted and the group said after the tour that the Hamburg one was definitely better.

Let's summarize -> Hamburg is a great place for PJ.

    In 2006 and 2007 they didn't visit Hamburg :-((

The second suggestion is Israel; maybe in Tel Aviv. I have been in Athens '06 and was surpised how many people came from Israel. I think this would be nice for Israel that PJ will come.

    Happy to discuss ;-)

No dicussion necessary: Hamburg rules! I was there in 1996 and 2000 and would have loved it in 2006 but then they only played in Berlin.
