Just stating my opinion that as far as "PEARL JAM SHOWS" go, the Aussie Crowds are the worst i have seen anwhere. In fact i met many Aussies that agreed with that fact. So stick that in your didgeridoo and smoke it.

And can't state how many Aussies and locals treated me like shit because they thought i was American. When i stated i was Canadian i was treated much differently. I became quite defensive of my neighbours to the South whom i don't see eye to eye with all the time, but it made me sick to see how they were treated down under as if they were all in bed with Bush. Pearl Jam are clearly anti bush, but they are not anti american. And i think if they knew how poorly you treat Americans they would not be so obliged to visit your country.

Ironically i had two extra seats to that show that i gave to two Perth Locals and we partied it up mad at that show. If you call being a disgrace cheering and appreciating my favourite band then a disgarce i was indeed. Too bad you could not have been more of a disgrace.

Overall i liked Australia and the majority of Australians i met. Like anywhere there are idiots and i have heard you all vocalize that's what you think of me as a Canadian. You forgot to mention you jumping into someone else's row with your new mates to ruin part of their experience. I'm for all letting go and enjoying a show - even upgrading one's position - but dude, there were two girls next to Hinny and I, close friends of ours and fellow hardcore fans, that you could've shown more respect to. Instead you and your buddies didn't seem to give a fuck, and went on to detract from what was meant to be the best show of the tour for us. It was hard to know exactly what was going on during the show, but I heard that someone had threatened to beat Hinny up after the show, something he didn't mention here cos he's not one to cry for sympathy. Don't know if this was in your group or not, but wtf!

Eddie Vedder can have a go at John Howard any time he likes and I would agree with him. I was expecting him to say some stuff about him at the Sydney shows I went to but unfortunately he didn't. If you listen to the Melbourne boot (the banana incident) carefully you can hear a few people in the crowd booing him.. which makes it even more funnier.

Overall i liked Australia and the majority of Australians i met. Like anywhere there are idiots and i have heard you all vocalize that's what you think of me as a Canadian. This is fine, i can handle it. This all started from many of you being unable to handle my criticism of Australian crowds at the Pearl Jam concerts. Im sorry if some of you can not handle that. You forgot to mention you jumping into someone else's row with your new mates to ruin part of their experience. I'm for all letting go and enjoying a show - even upgrading one's position - but dude, there were two girls next to Hinny and I, close friends of ours and fellow hardcore fans, that you could've shown more respect to. Instead you and your buddies didn't seem to give a fuck, and went on to detract from what was meant to be the best show of the tour for us. It was hard to know exactly what was going on during the show, but I heard that someone had threatened to beat Hinny up after the show, something he didn't mention here cos he's not one to cry for sympathy. Don't know if this was in your group or not, but wtf!
Anyway, from your posts here, it's obvious showing respect is low down on your agenda. I get that you're fishing for retaliation here and that's what turns you on. Sick little puppy that you are.

Anyway, who gives a fuck now. Like I've said, I agree in part with your criticism of Oz crowds; I would've loved every single one of the people in those stadiums to be up and singing. Have a look at the threads I started about this before the tour began. Then at almost every show I tried to get the floor involved more. But overall I was happy with it, and if I was a visitor to this country, I wouldn't be having a go at anything like you are. That's all.
