    How did I miss this?

    Love it, Brian!

    Annie's a cute beaut.

Ours have come to this place where they know it's dinnertime shortly after I get home from work (read: as soon as I'm in the damned door). First them following me around, with THE STARE.

    You know the look.

Then on to the ever-reliable "hey, let's *fight* each other so she distracts us with food."

Mine can't stand closed doors or closets. In the middle of the night she has to open up all my closet doors. Drives me fn nuts!
She's like a 5 lb cat and somehow can open a sliding closet door that is probably 20 lbs! Have no idea how she does it!
When I got her as a kitten....maybe 5 months old...she'd be up all night getting into shit. Didn't sleep for about a year!:lol: :x

Yes, hedonist, I do know THE STARE! Eating doesn't calm her down though. Once she's had her food she becomes "Rocket Cat" and tears around the place like a bat out of hell.

81, peacefrompaul, I empathize the the 5 AM thing. With this cat of mine it's just started recently with keeping the screened windows open at night. She want to get out and take on any night creature that walks, crawls, flies, or slithers. If we ever have a burglar around this place, I pity the fool!
Meanwhile, I'm working on just the right "AnnnIE!" pitch.

    Oh no!

I have a twitter account for this.

This one cat.. takes my bra when I'm in the shower.

He parades around the house with my bra in his teeth, like it's a prize. It's so embarrassing, and this will be on the internet soon.

My cat is a bastard and is always stealing my dog's food so I took great pleasure in watching him get pissed off watching 3 massive magpies steal his cat biscuits this morning. karma is a bitch Mr. Thompson......karma is a bitch!

Our cats seriously need to get together! The one morning Jonas wouldn't shut the f-up from about 4-6 am (when I got up and fed him) :fp:

Dirty Frank Black likes to carry the most random stuff around. One time he carried an entire roll of duct tape upstairs, then set it down. Within in a few seconds, Jonas pushed it back down the stairs... I also have to make sure I keep my razor on the far side of the shower...once Frank was making his "I'm carrying something" sounds (yes he has a specific "meow" for this) and i said "Oh, what do you have buddy?" It was my razor :fp: Luckily he was carrying it by the handle.. :fp: :?

Batman has his Batman ways..but not really any bad habits...

Danger on the other hand...well let's just say he's our special child... :fp:  but he's very sweet and adorable so it's hard to get too mad at him

I tried that with Annie (put her in the bathroom with food, water, kitty litter box) but that just turned on her shred-o-matic routine with the TP!

he was only in there for maybe 30 minutes, when the woman got up and ready for work.

but he will be trained...oh...he will learn.

Sometimes if the meowing doesn't work, Jonas will resort to licking us.... :?
Face, back, ears...any part of the body that's exposed and not under the covers is at risk... :?

I get the 'whenever he damn well feels like it' bathtub howls. Grumpy figured out a long time ago that if he meows in the bathtub, it echos and makes him L-O-U-D-E-R.

    "MMMmmMMMRRrrrOOOOWWWWWWRRRrrr?" "RRRRoooOOOOOOOWWWWWer?" "me-OW" <
imagine that one done several times in fast succession with and angry screeching 'ow' at the end.

So you go into the bathroom and he's hugging the bathtub faucet rubbing his face all over it...he will sit there for hours drinking water from the faucet. I've tried to 'teach him a lesson' by turning on said faucet full blast...yeah, he just finds 'his spot' and drinks from the gushing water. :|
