But this begs a question. If upon finding out that there was conception, she wishes to have the baby, he does not and makes that fact known well before birth. Should he still be liable for support?_____________________________________SIGNATURE________________________________________________

I would rather a woman not have an abortion, but that's not really my decision in the long run. It's not my body, it's not my child to feed, to clothe, to give shelter, to play with, to educate, etc.
As for the second part, that's a good question. It's one I'll have to ponder... I want to say no, but I'm not sure how that would work legally.0 -

Now whether it should be, yeah. It's a tough question - liability meeting morals/conscience.
I don't know.0 -

He should have let the fact be known well before conception (ie before having sex) and ensured it would not have happened and therefore been an issue for him to deal with, whether willingly or through the courts.0 -

Same applies to her too. How often do random hookups or even "commited" fuckbuddies have this conversation?
I think all too often this occurs without the communication before hand._____________________________________SIGNATURE________________________________________________

Absolutely. One should not rely on the other for contraception. Even if the lady uses contraception, the guy should still use a condom (and the girl demand it). STD....0 -
