It is true that the 2nd Amendment really doesn't mention guns specifically. That's why it really doesn't mean anything anymore. The government has already legislated away the type of current "arms" that would qualify. The only people we should try to get even with...
...are those who've helped us.

A M777 / 155mm Howie!
No background checks. No registration. No phooey and applesauce!
The constitution gives me the right! My forefathers foresaw it with their wooden magic 8 balls.
I can't wait for my fellow pit members to rally behind me on my vigilant plea. I have seen your logic and reason displayed for the last five months. Come defend me, good sirs.
I will meet your ridiculousness with a ridiculous answer, if it doesn't harm anyone who wasn't intent on doing harm themselves, what would it matter to you if they owned one?
The constitution doesn't give you the right. Human beings already had it. Not to suck the fun out of this thread as I have enjoyed it thoroughly, but there are limits on the 2nd amendment as there are limits on all rights.
and even if it were legal to do so, I don't think you would ever find a company willing to sell you one, I do however think that if you are a machinist you could build yourself one or just get the specs and a huge 3D printer Jason! Think outside the box, you're better than that!
I will never understand the fighting of thorough background checks but then again, I don't understand a lot of what motivates people in many political arguments.

If you pre-order now for Grant Theft Auto-5, you get a free pink AR-15, double bling version. No background check and no questions asked! :P
You can thank Tommy Jefferson for the foresight!
Now, about the M777 ....
ahh pssht, why was I wasting my time with something that's already legal? :fp: silly me. Is the M777 illegal and can hose down a crowd in seconds? I need that!Pick up my debut novel here on amazon: Jonny Bails Floatin (in paperback) (also available on Kindle for $2.99)0 -

If no company will sell me one, maybe I'll settle on a Soviet D-30 / 122mm howie. Probably can find a "business man" in the Ukraine that can hook me up. It better not get caught up in customs by the man. :x
I'll have to buy a bigger pickup truck to haul the D-30 though.

It is alarming to me that this thread isn't being taken seriously ...
Does everyone not quander how close our constitutional rights were almost taken away?
I mean we were this close ... THIS close! This close to having the government implementing a law where I had to prove to Earl Stalts ... A man who paid a $25 fee so he could set up a 10 x 10 card table at the Metropolis convention center and reeks of Copenhagen ... That when I wanted to buy a Tec 9 handgun from him for $476 that I may have been falsely convicted of setting a bum on fire on July 7th, 1987.... On the corner of 4th and B in San Diego ... Allegedly ... ALLEGEDLY!!!
How would Earl take this alleged news?Be Excellent To Each OtherParty On, Dudes!0 -

I demand having this. I defend my self everyday.
Every living creature.... humans included... backs off when I squirt them with water. I need a holster.
Sometimes I don't even need to put water in it.
I was babysitting a three year old, and she bit someone. I squirted her in the face with the mister.
She was stunned. She told me "that's not nice, Stacy  "
I told her, " It's not nice to bite people either, Do you want another squirt or are you going to calm down?"0 -
