Is that the Marantz TT you have there?  If so, how do you like it?  It's very attractive, but I have not read much on its fidelity.
    It is the Marantz TT.
I love it.... I used an old Akai from ‘81 my mother bought new (still have it) and thought it was time for an upgrade. Bought this one that was returned (so got a decent deal) to the store.

I found this review and with a little more research began looking for one. Have a read if you want.
Hey thanks.  I didn't realize Clearaudio built that table.  That's definitely a tick in the positive column.  Are you using that same Clearaudio cart?  And did you add a dust cover?

haha...funny how we change.  When I was in junior high, I only listened to metal.  Now I can't stand any of it.

It’s interesting. All the marketing copy around the release suggests that it’s rawer, more dangerous, but I found it to be more sparse, to the point of feeling heavy—almost goth. I’ll definitely listen to it as the mood strikes me, but it won’t replace the OG mix. That’s canon.

yep...made it through bawlers only last night. A lot of Tom waits for my ears to digest. Woke to some May snow, old coffee and brawlers.  my favorite of orphans, but they all are just sick enough to be fantastic in their own way. If that makes any sense you understand.

Never gave a try to ABBA, but my wife had this record in her family. Gave it a spin and wow, lots of great songs. Will probably check out more on Spotify.

Noticing with these older metal albums put the title track on side 2. Not that it matters, just an i'm totally bored observation. I'm one of the lucky ones to be bored now.
