I enjoy everything up to Adore. Real drop off after that.

Billy's songwriting seemed to disappear into his own asshole by Machina. Also his production skills are sub par Machina sounds pretty bad even with Flood helping him. Machina and Mary Star of the Sea had some good tunes, but it was the beginning of the end. the future Embrace was embarrassing. Zeitgeist was laughable. Te new album is OK, but my interest is gone.

It's nice that he is revisiting the old albums for remastering and special editions. It's really remind me how much I loved the band. Adore is an under appreciated masterpiece.

Saw them in Manchester in 2011, a challenging setlist for the casual fan. Overall, I'm glad I saw them though.

Im hoping to catch them at the Sunfest festival this May in West Palm Beach. Although, everyone Ive talked to who have seen them in the last few years didnt say anything good. Its a festival though, so it should be fun.

Love it. Check out the American Gothic EP. Some of the best drum work I've ever heard & an all around amazing piece of work.

High hopes for the new record but so far didn't sound too good streaming thru shitty computer speakers.

    Hopefully the wax sounds better.

I haven't paid any attention to SP since Mellon Collie (which I think I'm the only person that didn't like it), but I listened to Monuments to an Elegy twice and really like it. Too bad it's only 35 minutes long.

Not a fan of Monuments, I seem to be in the minority, but I find it rather bland.

Monuments has grown on me. pretty fat sound... vocals still a little to loud in the mix. been this way on all SP albums since they reformed.

Looks like a new album with original lineup minus D'arcy.
Hopefully a full tour to come with it.

It kinda seems that way with the pic of the ice cream truck and the two girls from the album cover in the present day.

I’m cool with this - I was 16 when Dream came out and wasn’t able to go to the shows. SP are on the bucket list.

Have to say, Billy seems reasonable. He seems to even be accommodating to her issues. Comeple 180 for the way he's treated her in the past 20 years. D'arcy ends up looking bad here.

Congrats D'arcy, you made me say Billy Corgan looks reasonable and accommodating.
