getting in the dirt caused a critical control event, i.e. a hard brake and stability control. Got written up for the hard brake. As far as the damage to the truck, it seems to be kept between me and my dispatcher.
I swear , up to that exact moment I was only dealoing with relatively minor wind gusts. I think that a gust hit right then , and I adjusted for that. Up to then I was maintain my lane.

So I looked for the corned beef that i usually buy in the store and it wasn't to be found so I bought a brisket and currently have it sitting in the fridge in the brine that I whipped together (thanks google) where it will remain for 10 days. Thanks for the dinner idea... For next Sunday

I've never made corned beef from scratch. Interestingly enough, they sell the hell out of it at every grocery store here.
