should have called the doc on day 2. might have the flu. I think I heard that it was going around.
I called Mr. Doctor, he didnt have time to see me. The piece of shit. He had his little secretary call me and tell me to take Motrin, and drink plenty of fluids. NO SHIT SHERLOCK! They told me to call them Sunday if I am still feeling bad.
Fuck him.

Ill do the emergency room and tell them I have chest pains.

Some doctors are complete idiots. My 1 year old had a fever for 5 days. Our regular pediatrician was out so we saw his partner. This idiot starts talking about cancer and my wife almost died. It was the scariest thing I ever went through and wish it upon nobody. Obviously it was premature to say it, my son is fine, they figured it was a bacterial infection. Point being, doctors are people too. Some are idiots like mine, some are assholes like yours. :roll:
fever is a sign of infection ... taking motrin will only address the symptoms but not the cause ... your options for infection are either antibiotics or nothing ... 5 days with a fever is not great and i would be concerned ... however, the actual temperature you spike to would be more critical ...

i'm throwing shit up and over the railing.....to avoid the bed room
gonna hit the store after work and buy new clothes....to avoid going into the bedroom
new tooth brush and paste and wash as well....to avoid the upstairs bathroom
i'll be using the downstairs shower tommorrow and sleeping on the couch.

Hate to tell you this 81, actually I am kind of enjoying it, she was probably most contagious in the prodromal period before she started showing symptoms. Unless you have had this virus before, you are probably doomed. And you really don't need a mask, unless you are close by her. But the virus can live on surfaces for a while, so wash your hands like crazyl
