No. I am from Portland, Oregon. Portland is commonly called "Puddletown" because it rains so much here.

Portland is about 200 miles south of Seattle. (I'm not sure how many kilometers that is).

There is a town called Portland in Australia actually. It is cold and rains a lot there too. ;)

or more fake april fools ones, and then release the REAL REAL tracklisting and cover and a album title april 2nd.

omg.. maybe WWS and Unemployable aren't real songs for the album then but just practice ones, if you know what I mean..

    i know...something is up.....its all very strange.

after all the threads about why 10C and Kat and Sea wouldnt tell anyone anything....i think that had a reason. they wouldnt keep stuff from us if they knew. I think when we get the release there might be a few surprises...perhaps

No. Nothing announced on my side of the country yet. But, if possible I'll attend Portland, Seattle, and Las Vegas.

For the Canada tour, I only had the opportunity to see Vancouver. It was a good time!

Greetings all..my apologies if this comes out completely wrong as this is post #1 for me. Good to see some fellow Aussies who enjoy some good music.

Saw the list of potential venues for the likely tour and chuckled at the thought of a PJ concert at Members Equity Stadium. I don't know if it would be good or bad, but comparing it to the other cool venues around the country is seems a bit strange.

In '98 they originally didn't include perth on the itinerary, but there was a cool petition that found its way pretty much everywhere for people to sign that changed their minds (or I assume this was what changed their minds). They ended up doing two concerts at the Entertainment centre which has now been mothballed for years now.

There's a whole issue going through the papers about Perth's lack of decent concert venues for large events. In '03 it was at Burswood which isn't the best of places either...

Just looking forward to see how it all pans out and where PJ will decide to fit in. Alternatively there's an awesome outdoor venue called the Belvoir Amphitheatre that would be great for a PJ concert. Doesn't quite have the capacity though. Saw Tim & Neil Finn there few years back and it was completely overflowing with people.

Anyway thought I'd throw this one in there and see what comment it gets - particularly related to concert venues and how good/bad they are...

    Cheers

Great! My 15 year old niece wants to come with me to the PJ concert....she'll be 16 by the time they come. She's loving listening to PJ, Led Zepplin, Beatles, Rollingstones, AC DC etc at the moment. I'm trying to tell her to get a friend that likes PJ to join the 10c together so they can get 10c seats but none of her friends like PJ (must be losers! ;)). At least Madison has good taste!!! And she doesn't want to sit by hersel because she's scared she'll get crushed! :D

I was nearly 15.5 years old when I went to my first PJ concert and I LOVED it....I was a lot more obsessed than she was though. I wish I could buy a third ticket so she could come and experience it and feel safe....that would be fucking awesome seeing my favourite band with my little niece! But I'm not giving LEigh up so she can come. No way!

    Oh what to do?!?!?!?

Why thank you - agreed. Reckon they should find some awesome outdoor venue where ppl can sit around, enjoy the serenity of the place (to quote the Castle) and listen to the awesome tunes of PJ. Seems those in the northen hemisphere get all the cool outdoor venues...

not really any good open air venues on the gold coast. although if we could all keep it a secret i would be happy with a beachside acoustic gig. Ed and the boys round the fire, us all kickin back with our blankets on our shoulders and marshmellows ......... maybe not.....marshmellows arent very rock are they :D:D

    that would be fuckin excellent!!
