See i got all worried that NOTHING would happen to rectify the issue.. I wonder what crappy tickets were available and whether Visa Card customers were allowed to buy any tickets? heh I f'ing hope not!!

I'm glad someone found it funny cos I wasn't laughing much. Especially as the waves at Pipeline were 16ft the day before we went up to the North Shore. As you said, Waimea was flat as you can get. When you come up here in a couple of weeks I'll take you to see MR at his shop. Hanging up on the wall is a huge silkscreen print of him riding a monster wave at Waimea. Hard to believe it's the same place I went to.
    I was very disappointed.

That holiday was also heartbreaking because the same time we set sail from Honolulu, Pearl Jam were playing a couple of kilometres up the road at Aloha Stadium. I could see the glow emanating from there :(

On a lighter note, the food at Bubba Gump's was beautiful, and there were free refills of Dr Pepper :)
