Hey, my guy's a Powderfinger fan and wants to go so I said I would. God knows I've dragged him along to enough Pearl Jam shows...
So what's the story with tickets? The ad on the TV says July 9 but I thought it was July 2..

July 2 is the Ticketek Visa Pre-Sale.
July 9 is when the shit hits the fan and every fucker out there can buy tickets0 -

The Mustang was VERY cool. The funny thing was that it was the cheapest car they had....US$35 a day
The weather was excellent. The average temperature was in the high 20's - early 30's. Not bad for the middle of winter
Trust me, I was 95kg when I went away and now due to a very hard pre-season training regime, a better diet, and other shit that's happened in my life, I now weigh a very healthy 80kg0 -

Gees u definitely didnt look 95kg in the pics.....
Mustve been the lens u used on your cam...:p
how tall are u?
Congrats on shedding the 15 kilos.....
Wouldve been weird driving left hand drive ......definitely a cool looking car...
Have they shifted the boat yet....?
Looks so weird on telly just sitting there, must look unreal in real life
In Hobart going back about 10yrs Bob Clifford that builds the massive high speed catamarans ran one around onto Black Jack Rock near the South Arm beaches....That looked weird as just sitting there for ages until they could shift it off. Was a massive draw card to the area. They had all food vans set up there mustve driven the locals nuts....
I guess that area at Nobby Beach will go awfully quiet when it gets moved out.0 -

vital5 wrote:Well if you had a mastercard this morning.. you'd have been struggling to buy ticktets... i was lucky they were nice and took a phone order... got my 4 x GA tickets to Acer... I did pull them up straight away at 9am online.. but couldnt buy them as Visa was the only option.. which apparantly was a mistake.. a mistake that means hundreds of M/Card customers would have missed tickets to the big Chair & Finger shows.... ridiculous... hopefully Mastercard sue Ticketek and Visa for losing revenue. that will be the onyl way they'll learn i'm guessing... but as i said I luckily got tix!! because i spoke to the right person.. the first one said they couldnt do anything.
This happened to me, had two tickets for Brissie and two for Goldie.... got completely screwed over... hopefully i managed to get some tomorrow morning when I borrow my mum's card.0 -

I'm 6ft
It was quite weird driving left hand drive. Nearly came a cropper coming out of the car park near Sunset Beach. Pulled out and drove nearly a km until I realised I was driving on the left hand side of the road and there was a tour bus coming straight at me
I think they're trying to tow the ship out tonight. 3rd time lucky0 -
