Nice. Honestly, the $37.20 on Amazon US struck me as kinda high for a three disc set. Unless the packaging is particularly elaborate, it wouldn't surprise me if the price came down.

I'm still thinking 10club might very well sell the Mad Season Above RSD vinyl but a colored version then what will be sold @ the stores, the regular black version.

Combo DVD + vinyl would be cool. Had my hopes for a Blu-ray / DVD / Digital Download / CD Box set.

I think this is a little more info on the DVD. I've just been hoping that the DVD will be the full Moore show:

The DVD features the first official DVD release of Live at The Moore - Mad Season's last show ever performed. Not only has Live at The Moore been remixed and remastered, but newly edited by director Duncan Sharp for a beautiful new documentary-like presentation, giving the show an updated look as if the viewer were in room that night. Also included are four performances that have never been seen, including the fan-favorite "Wake Up."

Also featured is a full concert of the bands performance from New Years Eve 1995 at RKCNDY in Seattle (which was shot by the band's crew for an up close and intimate look at the band) and both performances from Self-Pollution Radio, one newly edited.

Probably not. The re-issue seems to have a few extra tracks, so they'll probably fill up the 4th side?

"Documentary-like presentation?" Something like the Ramones "We're Outta Here?" Where they show the whole show but between every song the inclued interviews and bonus footage? I hope this isn't the case.

Hey Folks, I wanted to post the official advertisement for the upcoming Mad Season "Above" (Deluxe Edition) box set, which Mike McCready and I oversaw this last year. It comes with 2 CDs and 1 DVD, and includes 3 new songs that we recorded with Mark Lanegan, the DVD has all of the band's filmed live performances, and I wrote a 10 page essay about the Seattle music scene that comes with a booklet of never before seen photos of the band.
