    Never go on two-week vacation, because upon your return you have to deal with about 1,000 unread emails.

    Yeah, I came back from vacation last week, and I'm just now almost done catching up an emails..

    Ok guys, I need tips on how to shut up the guy near my cube that has been snorting, sniffing, and burping all morning....
    Headphones are working but I want a solution rather than a symptom cover.
    We have already made coments to him and he isn't understanding. X(

    Do an overblown imitation of him so that he sees it and then tell him that's what he sounds like. So basically shame him into not being gross. If that is not the kind of relationship you have with him, then just be more blunt about asking him to stop it. Like, "dude, you are making us all SICK with all your snorting and burping, STOP IT." ..... Of course, maybe he's sick? Maybe just tell him to go home because the rest of you don't want to get whatever he obviously has.

    Yeah I thought about that..
    Luckily he left for lunch and hasn't come back. I guess he really was sick and just went home.

    Oh man you just gave me the worst flashback to my last job. This jerk-off next to me used to make all kinds of gross and inappropriate body noises and talk/mumble to himself. And I wasn't allowed to be wearing headphones so I just had to deal with it. Christ that was awful.
