If that guy can get someone to pay $1,950 for it then go for it, good luck with that. I bet most of those sold yesterday get flipped. I don't understand it, my Benaroya CD plays just fine and has the same songs on it. Seems to me if they wanted "true fans" to be able to get these they would just reissue the vinyl.

Still at $400 a piece for an album is crazy. yes you could potentially have $1200 or whatever they go for if you wanted to flip it... but I would like to have it in my collection so selling wouldn't be an option.

I got a theory for the group, just hypothetical and throwing it out there....


In the last year PJ and 10c have thrown....25 or so of these elusive sets out onto the market (I believe there were five or so given to charities/causes for sale/auction and the 20 that were at the convention). Those are the last of them released before say, another edition of the vinyl is released that may lower the value/rarity of the Benny.

I wonder if someone bought those from the bay at ridiculous prices to sell them for 400 at the convention, that would be crazy, and I guess tax deductable as well...
