What can go wrong? Well, lot's of things yeah but I push that thought away, because it's just fun. Forget about other stuff. And getting your ticket is "peanuts" compared to what's coming next!! Hoping for a good spot, the waiting, getting through the opener(s) and then the big moment. Being in heaven for a couple of hours.
I remember Arnhem last year, it took me half a song to realise I was really there!
Yes it's addictive. And every concert is special. I couldn't let go of the special feeling last year, but never suspected I could do it all over again this year, better.

Yeah, they've come back so soon and can't believe my luck! I'm gonna try and think positive. But i can't help but worry, it's in my nature.

    Bring on the PJ goodness!

My mum's card ordered the tickets, but the fanclub registration is in my name. So every time I collect the ticket I'm afraid they'll mix up the names or ask to see the card. Didn't happen at Astoria or Dublin, but I'm still nervous about the gigs to come, especially the ones abroad!
The wait to get ticked off the sheet was even worse at Dublin, they lost the last page of the list so couldn't check anyone with a surname T or above. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to print another one. Worst wait ever!

  • Hey there. I have just setup Nijmegen as an event on Facebook for those of you who use it. I know we can all share our photos etc here after the event, but thought i'd set it up anyway. There are a couple of events setup for other dates on the tour too.

Can't wait to go. Seeing them at Wembly first, supported by my second fav band Idlewild. Nijmegen support is great for me too. Will have to do some research into Satellite Party though as haven't heard any of their stuff yet.

yeah, which is why I didn't respond to the various invitations I got..I like to see before I buy if you see what I mean..at least Myspace you can see how it is before giving away personal details.

Although, if you like being nosy and just want to see someones profile without adding them then myspace is better. With facebook you have to be a friend to see thier profile and photos.

I've been converted to facebook..and its so blooming difficult keeping up with myspace aswell! :D

but the point of myspace is mostly to check out bands no?
that's pretty much only what I use it for anyway..
I don't like much blogs...I don't have the pretention that my life is interesting enough to bother other people with it...

I only use the blogs if im bored. But the main reason I use myspace and facebook is that now im in contact with a load of mates from school and college, and friends of friends which is nice.

But i do agree...the music section is brilliant on myspace, which is a huge disappointment when using facebook.

We're staying at Hotel Catharina, about 15 min walk from the Park. Cheap as well!

You will only miss the last train to Arnhem when you're drunk and/or stoned.

After going to the myspace page for Satellite Party and listening to the three tracks available, i have to say i'm very excited to see them in Nijmegen! They sound so funky and fresh, it's great music!

What a day it's gonna be. Hopefully lovely weather, good support acts, then PJ and the night sky!

lol, i knew it would be. Even IF it rains, it'll still be a blast. It poured in Verona and looking back i wouldn't have had it any other way!
