Amsterdam I guess...or maybe some airport in Germany...It'll take you 2 hours from Amsterdam to Nijmegen by train...

The closest airport is Weze in Germany. Dusseldorf is still a bit closer than Amsterdam I guess, but it might be a bite more difficult to travel from Dusseldorf to Nijmegen. Amsterdam - Nijmegen is 1,5 hours on the train and 2 direct trains every hour.
You could even try Eindhoven airport.
The Goffert Stadion is about a 20 minute walk from the central station but there will be extra busses.

    Here is my plan!

Go to the London show, fly to Dusseldorf and see PJ again. Fly from Dusseldorf to Copenhagen, see PJ AGAIN. Fly from Copenhagen to Amsterdam, and get the train to Nijmegen. See PJ ONE MORE TIME, then get the train back to Amsterdam, and fly back to London.

I've looked into prices, and all that was very affordable. My only concern is that I could not book train tickets from in the Netherlands online. Can anyone from Holland tell me if there's anyway to do this?

i'd really love to do london and this, although don't know. i really don't know how much all this travel between countries would be, makes a BIG difference in the deicision process...and there's a big gap of time between just these 2 shows. don't know what i'd do, or where'd i'd stay if i only hit these 2. yikes. i wish there were more UK dates, make my decision process way easier. :p i don't know when to go, and what for....and i always said i'd not go to germany w/o hubby..........:o sheesh. hahahaha. my brain hurts. i just think i'd love going back to the NL. i only once spent a birthday weekend in amsterdam...but man, what a GREAT time!

well, i need to know how much it costs to get to NL first. :p that's the 'cheap' part i was really interested in. does seem though, if i'm gonna go to NL...might as well hit up the dusseldorf show...andf seems the flights there from lodon ARE cheap...so perhaps london - dusseldorf - nijegen....copenhagen is definitely out...and i think festivals.....so yea, maybe. :D ahhhhhhh...we'll see monday what i get.....take it from there! the rest, just hopeful i can score some people's 10c extras if i don't buy or miss out......just always have to hope for the best!

12 years (almost to the day) since Golden Gate Park 1995. So this time I attend with American friends and hopefully a bunch of new Euro friends. Now the wait begins.

American tourist question, if I stay in Amsterdam, do trains run all night after the concert?

Last train leaves at 23:30. Maybe there will be an extra train. Otherwise I'd recommend spending the night in Nijmegen (nice city, oldest in the Netherlands).

its funny to read how people worry so much..

well, people worry out of experience.
after the show in Greece we had to find our way to the highway very late at night and catch a cab, because there was only one last train leaving the venue straight after the show and it was packed..

so your country's in a good shape... :) that's good
