Will you please READ the posts. I said the over 200 yard rushing game against Oakland might have been fluky because our running game hasn't been very good since. Some of that has to do with Bush's injury...but he also has nowhere to run. So what if they're the #1 ranked defense after a few weeks?

Anyway, nothing fluky about today's win. I did nothing but praise the D in my post. They were great. It was a great win.

I'm not knocking you or taking a shot, at all...Reggie is banged up. What did you expect against Cinci (#1 D going into today?) By last check, AZ's D isn't too shabby either.
It's all good. We won. Our D played well enough to win. They sealed the win. Our rookie QB played very well.

The D played more than well enough to win. It was their best effort in a while. It was very impressive to stop them on two final drive attempts. And yeah maybe "anemic" is a little harsh on the offense. Your boy RT17 didn't turn the ball over which is great. But the offensive line has to run-block better. And we really need to improve on stuff like the 6 minute drill at the end of the game. The D stood strong today, but the reason that we're 2-10 in our last 12 games decided by 3 points is because we don't finish teams off with our offense at the end. Hopefully that improves.

Tannehill's game by game passer ratings: 39.0, 50.2, 86.5, 91.0, 92.3 = improvement !!!
The Dolphins offense gained 279 yards and the defense allowed 298 yards to the Bengals.
The Dolphins held the Bengals to 2-of-14 on third down conversions.

Good road win today. This team is very competitive and except for that disaster at the end of the second quarter in Houston, they've been in every game. I'm starting to be more and more impressed with Tannehill and I'm staring to like them as a team. Still a long way to go with turnovers but they can get there. You can't hack up the ball against the good teams, they will kill you on that.

I also just got my tickets for the 12-30 game in NE. Pretty excited to see them live again. Going in with a positive attitude to that game too. The last time I went they got slapped by the Pats 38-7. Hopefully a little better outcome this time.

This Sunday two of the greatest Fins of my lifetime - Jason Taylor & Zach Thomas - are being honored @ halftime and having there #'s slapped up in the Ring of Honor.
Quite the honor for these two warriors.

Richard Marshall = bad back.

I am of the opinion that we definitely play better without these two...in fact, I have zero problems with them missing this STL game. Give Miller a legit shot to spell Reggie and let Carroll work on his craft in the absence of Marshall.

Through 5 games = #1 ranked RUN D (allowing an NFL-low 61.4 rushing yards per game), 5th in INT's, 7th in sacks and 10th in TD's.

Holy shit we're .500 heading into the bye!

Our defense is really, really good. The offense is shaky, but as long as they don't turn the ball over, we'll have a chance. We need to score more points down the stretch. But...this is the second week in a row that the D stood their ground on the final drive.

Great win...smiles all around.

6th straight game of improvement!!!
Very very pleased w/ this kids development. Nice to see Marlon Moore involved today. The D had a few hiccups, but are definitely a bend don't break type unit.
Regression of our running game is sad to see - not even a bone for Lamar Miller? Clearly Reggie is running nicked up - he's hesitant and not hitting holes with the ferocity he was the first few weeks.
After starting 1- 3, we are right there @ 500 after 6 games. A much needed week off and then the rematch with the Jets...
