Yeah it's very intense exercises that you wouldn't normally do...so it's tough at first but it gets better! I'm always dripping sweat by the time the warm-up is over. Fuck the power jumps!I need to do those in front of a mirror or someone else beasue I'm pretty sure I'm not getting my thighs parallel to the ground. That's kind of the downfall with this workout is you don't have someone there reminding you when your form breaks down. Overall a very intense workout.

Pretty frustrating actually. It's hard, but that's not the problem. It's proper form that I have an issue with, something I firmly believe in 100%. None of my spare bedrooms have mirrors so I can't "watch" myslef while I'm doing it. That's my major issue. Also, trying to watcch the TV while doing this is kind of frustrating. I'll give it it's 60 days but after that I'm not sure. I think I may be more cut out for more traditional methods of excercise.0 -

understandable...I have a huge bathroom mirror from the last place that I worked at and used that to check my form. P90X has a lot of positions (esp in Yoga) that you need to check your form, or it doesn't 'feel' right.

I started it again on my cardio days (2-3 days a week) and it was brutal. Screw you Tonya!
